Through movement, breath, and rest, we will soften the drive for “more” and return to what is already here. By connecting with ourselves, we can cultivate a steadier sense of ease, acceptance, and wholeness in our daily lives. This midweek class offers space to pause, reset, and reconnect with what matters most.
