Through intentional movement and steady breath, this class explores what is real in the body and mind. You’ll be encouraged to notice where you may be pushing, holding back, or moving on autopilot — and to respond with clarity instead of judgment.

Expect a steady, empowering flow that builds strength, supports breath awareness, and honors the body’s needs in each moment. Options are always offered, allowing you to adjust your practice based on your energy and capacity.

This is a practice of tuning in, not pushing through — creating space to move, breathe, and live in greater alignment with your truth.
