Wednesdays in April 7pm EST / 4pm PST
This April, Heather guides us into the niyama of Satya — truthfulness — explored not as something rigid or harsh, but as a practice of honest awareness rooted in compassion.
Grounded in the gentle, introspective approach of Kripalu Yoga, this class invites you to slow down and listen deeply. Through mindful movement, steady breath, and reflective pauses, we begin to notice what is real in the body and mind — where we may be pushing, where we may be holding back, and where we can soften into greater authenticity.
Rather than judging what we find, we practice meeting each moment with kindness. Satya becomes less about forcing truth and more about allowing it to unfold — creating space for clarity, acceptance, and ease.
As we connect more deeply with our inner truth, we begin to move, breathe, and live with greater alignment.
This practice is suitable for all levels and offers space to explore at your own pace.
