As we begin the new year, we reflect on what we want to carry forward and what we wish to leave behind. In our practice, we become mindful of the poses we choose, focusing on those that best serve our bodies in the present moment. We also meditate on the obstacles from the past year that held us back, allowing ourselves to release them with each exhale, making space for new energy and growth. This gentle and intentional practice invites us to meet ourselves where we are, fostering peace and renewal.”
