In support of this, our yoga practice this month will focus on fundamental postures. These basic postures, which we might overlook, can sometimes be just as challenging to master as more advanced poses. By practicing these simple postures regularly, we can establish healthy habits that lay the foundation for long-term success in our yoga journey and beyond.
