Join Heather for this gentle Kripalu class focused on letting go of the events and judgements of the past year and preparing to dive into the year ahead with some openness. We will be moving through the whole body with mindful intentions and create just a bit of heat to bring us into a state of rest where the mind can truly reflect and let go. Each week, focusing on letting go of judgement around a specific category to help us get started in the new year with a clean slate and a flexible base.
Week 1: Mental/Emotional – letting go of judgment around difficult moments and how we handled them
Week 2: Physical – letting go of any judgments about the state of our physical body over the last year
Week 3: Relationships – letting go of any judgements around relationship should haves, could haves, wishes
Week 4: Self Care – letting go of any judgment around doing what you need to do to keep yourself healthy
Week 5: Clean Slate – reminding ourselves that every day, every moment is a new beginning and an opportunity to let go of judgement and start right where you are
