Meet Myra – our Kids Yoga teacher
I am the mother of two young children who were diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at birth. I knew next to nothing about CF before my first child’s diagnosis. As it were, my discovery of yoga unfolded right alongside my journey as a mother to these two amazing kids I have the honor of calling my own!
