In this month’s practice, we’ll explore what ahimsa looks like within our own bodies—how we move, how we breathe, and how we respond when things feel challenging. Together, we’ll practice noticing when we choose to push and when we choose to soften, cultivating awareness so these choices arise consciously rather than from habit or expectation. This grounding, thoughtful practice will balance strength with softness, inviting you to move with care, presence, and compassion.
