You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to adapt poses to your body, allowing you to build strength and flexibility at your own pace.We will foster a supportive and inclusive space to explore movement in a way that works best for you. Together, we’ll focus on breathwork, mindfulness, and cultivating confidence, creating a sense of empowerment and safety within your practice.
